If you’re an in-network provider, what services are covered?

This varies from insurance company to insurance company, so we recommend that, if you are curious about a specific service, you call your specific provider to see what they will cover.

New England Therapy Center works directly with many insurance companies and plans. Please call with specific inquiries. We will proceed with billing our contracted insurance companies for services rendered. With this billing option, you may be responsible for a co-pay or coinsurance which will be due at the time of service. You will be responsible for any deductibles that apply. Furthermore, should your insurance carrier deny or fail to pay your claim, or fail to pay your claim in full, you as the parent/guardian will be responsible for payment of the services and/or the payment balance which was not covered by insurance. It is the family's responsibility to verify benefits and/or coverage of services BEFORE your first appointment. Click here for a list of questions to ask your insurance carrier. New England Therapy Center also accepts private/out-of-pocket payment and can provide patients with a detailed receipt containing treatment and diagnosis codes. Families may submit claims to their individual insurance companies for possible reimbursement for services.

Please note: Network participation does not guarantee coverage of services. Some insurance plans do not cover our therapy services unless they are deemed "medically necessary." Contact your insurance company to inquire about medical necessity guidelines that may apply to your plan.

We ask that you please notify us immediately of any physician or insurance coverage changes.

Do you provide patients with superbills?

Yes, we do. We will send it through the patient portal account and you would then send the superbill to your insurer for possible reimbursement. We do not contact your insurance if we are out of network with your insurer.
