Our Mental Health Counseling team consists of Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) and Certified Music Therapists. We will work with you and your child to provide connection, education, and strategies to support your child's mental health and also you as the parent/caregiver of a child with mental health support needs.

  • Children, adolescents, and adults who needs help developing strategies to reduce impulsivity, inattention, and hyperactivity, as well as self-management or coping strategies for more independence and less anxiety and stress.​

  • Music Therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program. (American Music Therapy Association definition, 2005)​

  • Children and adolescents who have mental health needs, developmental and learning disabilities, neurodivergence, brain injuries, physical disabilities, and acute and chronic pain.

  • Yes, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield for mental health counseling. All music therapy is private pay.
