Working with young people and their families is her passion and Belma has many years of experience helping them through Anxiety/Depression, ADHD, and the various stressors of life and school.  She specifically enjoys helping young people in a safe space, navigate the goals and challenges affecting them currently and in the future. She works with a diverse therapeutic mindset and acknowledges the importance of a young person's cultural background on mental health and overall well-being.

She loves spending time with family and friends, and being active.
